PUBLIC NOTICES HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE Of SPECIAL ORDER PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 87 (c> of the Counties Act, 1958, that at a Special Meeting of the Heathcote County Council held on the 24th day of April, 1969, the following resolution was passed by way of Special Order, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 29th day of May, 1969, at 7.30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 88 Colombo Street, Christchurch. RESOLUTION 1. That the portion of the road In the Heathcote County named Port Hills Road and commencing at the intersection with Curries Road and thence running in a South-easterly and Easterly direction to the. intersection of Scruttons Road and thence In a South-easterly and Easterly direction past the intersection of Horotane Valley Road to the Intersection of Butts Valley Road, and as more particularly shown on Plan No. M 10743, be declared a Limited Access Road. 2. Box 133, Wellington, for amendment to Air Service Licence No. 327 to authorise the use of One Aero Commander 680 aircraft in place of One Mooney MK.2I aircraft authorised by this licence. (2) Air Service Licence No. 327 authorises (a) Air Charter and Air Taxi services (including scenic flights and joyrides) from Wellington, Paraparaumu, Otaki, Clarence River and Kaikoura to any licensed aerodrome or authorised place In New Zealand (b) Scenic flights and joy rides at other clubs pageants (c) the authorised fleet is 1 PA 28.180 Cherokee, 1 Piper Aztec P. 23.250 and 1 Mooney MK 21. aircraft.
