Ab Shortage Of Buxom Women

(N.Z. Pres* Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, March 18. Six hundred buxom women responded to an advertisement for 10 women, aged between 20 and 55, “preferably of the fuller figure type,” to take part in a film production. They descended on a Cardiff hotel yesterday causing chaos as they pushed, pulled and prodded each other with umbrellas. They filled the foyer and

the lounge, jammed the staircase and overflowed into the street before the police were called to sort things out, the “Daily Mail” reported. The women had arrived from all over South Wales hoping for a film part and a salary of £lOO a week. All interviewed were asked if they could speak Welsh and if they had amateur dramatic or singing experience. The man behind the production, 33-year-old Mr Michael Surrage, of Oxford, would only reveal that the film would be a documentary of sorts.
