SAUNDERS, LIMITED, a long-established and successful leading women’s fashion wear manufacturer, seeks, as trainee for top management position, a young man 22 to 25 years of age, of superior natural ability and not afraid of bard work. An academic qualification, especially one majoring in economics, would be desirable, but experience such as in marketing or selling in a fashion industry, together with practical intellectual ability and good personality, would be considered without degree qualification. The training programme would involve several years of instruction and employment in all significant departments of the company’s business and also off-the-job training in management knowledge and skills. Instruction in sales skills (including actual sales experience), production planning and processes would be given at an early stage. Remuneration will be negotiated.
