Golfers in form
Two candidates for the Freyberg Rose Bowl golf team, J. F. Logie and B. C. Taylor, revealed splendid form at their home course, Russley, at the week-end. Logie returned a five-under par 68 on Saturday and Taylor was round In 66 the following day. Taylor's score placed him seven up in a bogey competition. But what seemed to be a certain vic-
tory was snatched from him by M. Yeates, an unknown six-handicapper, who was round in 69 for a return of 10 up.
