FOALS FROM THE FIRST CROP SIRED by the imported Lomond attracted much attention at a field day held at the Chelandry Stud in Southland last week-end. The youngster on the left belongs to Lomond's first crop and will attract additional interest when she starts racing, as she is a halfsister to the good winner. Palisade. Alongside the Lomond filly is her dam. Peony Royal. On the right is Civil lady, a half-sister by Alpenhorn to Palisade, with her colt foal by Hawa.
