Rhodesian Gaoled

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LUSAKA, Feb. 28.

| The Lusaka Magistrate’s I Court has sentenced a Rhodesian to three years imprisonment for the illegal possession of explosives. Harold Barry Boyes, aged 49, was alleged to have been hired for 400 kwacha (about 8490) by Red Fox, a Rhodesian organisation alleged to be engaged in clandestine activities against freedom fighters. Boyes, an electrician, arrived in Zambia in January and was initially held by the immigration authorities in Kitwe, on the Copperbelt, as a suspected illegal immigrant.
