Mayor Presents Awards

Four Sea Rangers were pre-> I sented with Duke of Edinburgh Awards by the Mayor of Christchurch (Mr A-. R. Guthrey) at a provincial training day for guiders. Miss Judith Evans received the silver award and Misses Deborah McCulloch, Patricia Partridge and Judith Westrupp, the bronze award. The four girls are all members of Sea Ranger Ship Pukaki. Their ranger company now has two gold, six silver and 12 bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award medallists.
