(N.Z Press Assoctation) AUCKLAND, Feb 28. About 30,000 people, most of them under 25, tonight attended the second meeting of the American evangelist, Dr Billy Graham, who is holding a four-day crusade in Auckland. The attendance, slightly higher than on Thursday, was larger than expected on late shopping night. The programme, specially planned for young people, included a brief speech by the Olympic captain, D. Oliver. About 1500 people moved on to the field after Dr Graham had appealed for people to “receive Christ.” Many were young.
