NEW CONTAINER TERMINAL.—A general view of part of the Clyde Port Authority’s £2,500,000 container terminal at Greenock, north-west Scotland, which should be completed within two months. Planned to meet the needs of the rapidly developing container traffic, particularly on the North Atlantic routes, the Greenock terminal will provide a berth of 42ft minimum depth close to natural, deep, sheltered water.
