The Australian batsmen, K. Stackpole and P. Sheahan, needed only 17 minutes yesterday to finish the third test against the West Indies yesterday. Australia won by 10 wickets to go into a 2-1 lead in the five-match series. The remaining tests will be in Adelaide (January 24-29) and Sydney (February 14-19). Australia, requiring only 42 runs to win, was 15 for no wicket when play resumed. The match ended in a picnic atmosphere, with R. B. Kanhai sending down the last over.
