(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 17. Police are on the lookout for Santa Claus today—with a warrant for his arrest. He is wanted in court to face a charge of being drunk and disorderly. He had finished his shift in a London department store on Saturday when he was detained by a policeman and taken in for questioning. He gave both his name and his occupation as “Father Christmas.” He was charged and told to report to court yesterday morning. When he was due in court he did not turn up, so the Magistrate issued a warrant for his arest
