Stones On Bridge
Complaints were received by the Rangiora police from a motorist who said that .‘stones were being thrown by children in the riverbed on to the Ashley bridge on the road ■to Loburn on Sunday. The ; motorist told the police that | one stone had hit his car I and dented it and there were many other stones littered on the bridge, said Sergeant W. Watson.
