C.R.A. 3:10 Bonus
Conzinc Riotinto of Australia, Ltd, Melbourne, plans to make a three-for--10 bonus issue to shareholders. Directors announce that they hope to pay a dividend of 9 per cent for the latest year on the capital raised by the bonus issue. A meeting of shareholders will be held on December 30 to consider the bonus issue.
