(N.Z. Press Assn.— Copyright) LONDON. An elbow injury has forced the American A. R. Ashe, the world’s top amateur, to withdraw from the final Dewar Cup indoor tennis tournament, starting at Crystal Palace today. Ashe, who was number one seed, was surprisingly beaten by G. Battrick (Britain) in the second round of the British covered court championships last week.
