“OPEN” MOON PROPOSED
(N Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 19. With the latest Russian moon orbit success, a statement made in Auckland last evening by the Russian Ambassador to New Zealand (Mr B. Y. Dorofeev) assumed some significance.
