Spirit Of Cold i War Found (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) MOSCOW. Nov. 18. A Soviet Commentator yesterday described the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation [Communique as being “in the | spirit of the worst days of the cold war.” ! Sergei Vishnevsky, writing |in the Communist Party newspaper, “Pravda.” said the communique “abounds in crude attacks on the Socialist countries . . . and the moss-covered myth of a Soviet threat.” The communique, issued yesterday in Brussels after a two-day conference of N.A.T.O. Foreign Ministers, warned the Soviet Union against intervening in countries that related to N.A.T.O.’s security.
