(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter —Copyright? LONDON, November 13. The British Government yesterday rejected the idea of fully examining proposals to create a vast free trade area to include the United States, Canada, and the European Free Trade Area (E.F.T.A.) nations. Mr Frederick Mulley, a Foreign Office Minister of State, replied “no” when a Liberal member suggested it in Parliament as a substitute for Britain’s thwarted attempts to join the Common Market.
