House Sold Privately
A two-bedroomed house at 28 Stoke Street, Sumner, which was passed in at the Government valuation of $2BOO at public auction last Friday has been sold by private treaty. The price and the name of the buyer have not been disclosed.
On a 20.8 perch section, the house has two livingrooms. The property was an ideal site for ownership flats, according to the auctioneers, Smiths City Market, Ltd.
