C.S.W. Capital Proposal
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 16. A resolution to increase the nominal capital of Coulls Somerville Wilkie from s3m to s4m by the creation of an additional one million ordinary shares of $1 each will be submitted by the directors to the annual meeting of the company on October 10, according to a report from the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand. Apart from the bonus issue already announced of one share for each complete five shares which required 341,760 shares, they have no intention in the meantime of issuing further capital.
