Today is an age of automation, cars, lifts, labour saving devices, and tack of physical exercise in many careers. So much so that we are not using the muscles we were born with. The World's affiliated Health Studios (over 1500 of them) in which Silhouette Figure Form and American Health Studios are members,
have provided the answer to this problem with specialised individual services and scientific equipment Now you can have the body nature intended for you with the minimum of time and effort. Since Silhouette American Health Studios opened in April 1963 over 12,000 members have joined.
