Mr Con Stricke The Studio's manager

Mr Con Stricke, Silhouette American Health Studio Manager, has been involved in all aspects of Physical Development and Education right from an early stage at Christchurch Boys’ High School. Upon leaving school he studied for four years at the Physed Dept, of the University of Otago, specialising in such fields as Physiology and Anatomy. He devotes much time and study to his

work which he regards as a vocation and receives great satisfaction when he sees the marked improvement in health and physique of the members. Con Stricke won the South Island Lightweight Weightlifting title in 1961 and 1962 plus other sporting achievements. He can help sportsmen in all fields with specialised information on Somatotyping, Isometrics and Isotonics.
