(N.Z Press Assn.—Copyright) BRIDGETOWN (Barbardoesi. The West Indies off-spin bowler, L. S. Gibbs, has been appointed vice-captain of the West Indies cricket team to tour Australia and New Zealand later this year and early next year. It is the second time the tall Guyanese bowler has been appointed West Indies vicecaptain.
