‘Mercy’ Flights Reduced

International Red Cross “mercy” flights into Biafra were almost halved last night, apparently because of Nigerian military advances and bad weather, according to informed sources in Geneva. Five flights delivered 42 tons of relief supplies last night, compared with nine flights and 72 tons the night before.
