SINGERS IN ACCIDENT
The Simple Image singing group was involved in a road accident at Waipapa Bay, about 20 miles north of Kaikoura earlier this week. The van in which they were travelling was in a collision with a car going in the same direction while making a right-hand turn into a camping ground. None of the singers was injured. However, the driver, Mr G. I. Anderson, of Christchurch. was treated for a fractured ankle.
