Bonds Raises Interim Div.

Bonds Hosiery Mills Ltd, Wellington, has increased its interim dividend from 5 to 6 per cent for the six months to June 19, directors say in an interim report.

Profits for the period were ahead of those for the same period last year. As long as there is no unexpected change in this position, directors expect satisfactory results for the rest of the year. The interim dividend is payable on September 30, ex September 19. Last year the total dividend was 15 per cent.
