House Sold For $30,000

A brick house at 110 Park Terrace, which has been subdivided into four flats, sold at auction yesterday for §30,000. The first of three bids was $20,000, and the second $25,000. A corner section of 50 perches, the property was sold on behalf of Mrs M. F. Rutherford. At the well-attended auction, Mr R. R. Livingstone, of Livingstone’s Auctioneers, was the auctioneer.
