Schools’ Golf Tournament
Riccarton High School provided an upset on the first day of the Canterbury secondary schools' golf tournament yesterday when it halved with the strong Christchurch Boys’ High School A team.
Sixteen teams representing IS schools are taking part in the tournament, which is divided Into two sections. Points, after two rounds are:—
A Grade.—Tlmaru B.H.S. 1, Shirley B.H.S. A 2, Burnside H.S. 2, Christchurch B.H.S. li; Riccarton H.S. 4. Ranglora H.S. 0, St Andrew's College A 0, Christchurfch B.H.S. B 0. B Grade.—St Bede's College 2, Ashburton College 2, St Andrew's College B 14. Lincoln H.S. 1. Shirley B.H.S. i, Cashmere H.S. », Linwood H.S. 4, Mairehau H.S. 0.
