(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, September 4. The Soviet Communist Party chief (Mr Leonid Brezhnev) yesterday received Mr Yumzhagin Tsedenbal, the Mongolian Prime Minister and Party leader, who is visiting the Soviet Union, Tass reported. It was the first official news of Mr Brezhnev’s whereabouts since the end of the SovietCzechoslovak negotiations a week ago. Tass said the two leaders had reached complete identity of views in a conversation said to have touched on "some problems of international policy and the world Communist movement.”
