Escaper Found
(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, September 3. The second of two youths who escaped from the Waipiata youth centre, in Central Otago, was found by the police near Waipiata early tonight. He is George Ngarona Raharaho, aged 17. A youth who escaped from the centre with Raharaho on Monday night gave himself up earlier.
