Workshops To Be Re-roofed

WELLINGTON, Aug. 30.

Approval had been given for the re-roofing of the bogie shop at the Addington railways workshops, the Minister of Railways (Mr Gordon) said today. The present malthoid roofing and timber-framed skylights will be replaced by aluminium sheeting, with clear P.V.C. sheets to provide improved natural lighting. The work will be done by railways staff.
