PLANS FOR SQUARE
A depuation from the Civic Trust will meet members of the City Council early in December to discuss details of the planned development of Cathedral Square.
The chairman (Mr J. Oakley) said the trust was in full agreement with the general concept of traffic control but was concerned with some details.
