TROTTING BEAT TIME COULD BE AT SHORT ODDS TODAY

If the result follows recent betting trends, Beat Time should win at very’ cramped odds in the Ribbonwood Handicap at Addington Raceway today.

Miss A. E. White’s Adorian gelding will be trying for his fourth successive win and his fifth from six starts in this $l6OO event on the first day of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s National meeting.

Beat Time is versatile, having won sprints, middle - distances and races up to two miles. Last Saturday Beat Time began his seven-year-old racing with an easy win over 13 furlongs at Oamaru.
