Vam Joins Gas Venture
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, Aug. 15. Vatngas, a subsidiary of Vam, Ltd, has been registered in Sydney and will join other petroleum companies in a joint natural gas venture. Vamgas has a nominal capital of slom divided into 20m 50c shares. A spokesman for the new company, which has the same directors as the parent company. would not reveal, at this stage, the names of other oil companies engaged in the natural gas venture. The spokesman said the new company had no intention at the moment of floating to the public.
