JUST MISSED.—The Duke of Edinburgh and Mr Uffa Fox in the Flying Fifteen Coweslip narrowly missing a launch during the fourth day of the Royal Yacht Squadron regatta at Cowes, Isle of Wight. The Duke finished eleventh out of a fleet of 28 after a poor start.
