Late Closing Disliked

r.v.Z. Preu Association) AUCKLAND, August 9. After 10 months of 10 o’clock closing, Auckland hotel proprietors have found they do not like the late drinking hours. The secretary of the Auckland Hotel Association (Mr C. F. Young) said city hotels had been battling to maintain last year’s figures. He thought it possible that economic retraints had kept people away from hotels.
