PROCEDURE SCHOOL
Fifty members of the Country Women’s Institute attended a school of procedure this week. It was conducted by Mrs A. J. Knight and Mrs W. McDiarmid, who are voluntary organisers, and the Federation president, Mrs W. Mason. How to prepare an annual report, how to compile the minutes of a meeting, how a representative differs from a delegate, and many other points were explained.
