WEEK-END BURGLARIES
A plate glass window at the rear of the premises of the Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Canterbury, Ltd, was broken at the week-end and a shirt worth $6 stolen. The window will cost $55 to repair. Cigarettes worth $9O were stolen from the Coffee’ ‘Pot restaurant,. New Regent Street, when it was broken into at the week-end.
