<N Z.P-A.-Reuter—Copyright) ST CLOUD. The powerful game of P. Butler (Britain) carried him to victory in the final nine holes of the French Open golf championship yesterday, as his countryman, P. Townsend. dropped four strokes on the last leg. Butler had a four-round total of 272, and won by four strokes from Townsend and S. Miguel (Spain), who shared second place.
