SOM UNIVERSITY OF WAIKATO WARDEN The University of Waikato Invites applications for the position of Warden for its first hall of residence, the Student Village. The appointment may take effect from the beginning of the spring term, 1968, or from a later date by agreement. The position is primarily that of Warden with responsibility for the general conduct of the Student Village and the welfare of the resident students. There will also be other duties within the University, and these will be determined by the successful applicant’s field of interest. The University of Waikato is a new university which in 1966 began teaching full time courses of study in the Schools of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education. Schools of Science are planned. The development of post-graduate ■ work and research is encouraged. The university cam- ; pus occupies a site of about ; 130 acres in the city of Hamil- . ton.
