STALLION AT MANGERE
"The Press** Special Service AUCKLAND. A 10-year-old trotting stallion, Royal Scotsman, arrived at Auckland yesterday in the Port Victor from England. He will go to Puketutu Island, Mangere, the property of Sir Henry Kelliher. where he will do stud duty this coming season. The winner of $108,707 on New York tracks, Royal Scotsman has spent a quarantine period in England. By Scotch Valley from Arinada Wood, he will be the first thoroughbred or standardbred sire at Puketutu for many years, although the property accommodates mares and foals., and pedigree sheep and battle. . /
