Creditors Meet
James Arthur Bodney Barber and Frances Buby Barber, hia wife, trading as the Star Hamburger Bar, 370 Lincoln Boad, who were adjudged bankrupt as individuals and as a partnership on June 25. had a total deficiency of liabilities over assets of 84074.09, a meeting of creditors in the office of the Official Assignee (Mr J. B. K. Curran) was told yesterday. The partnerahip had debts of 81146.71, and as individuals they had personal debts amounting to 8485.20. They had threa aecured creditors whose security amounted to 83007.60. Their securities were valued at 8712.60, leaving a liability of 82385 to the secured creditors. There were also other liabilities of 8187.00. Assets amounted to 8130.
