RETURN VISIT
Field-Marshal Lord Montgomery, the famous commander of the Eighth Army in the Second World War, is expected to make a private visit to New Zealand In October and early November. The president of the Christchurch Returned Service-:’ Association (Mr J. Green) said last evening that Lord Montgomery would be in Christchurch for a few hours on November 1. He visited New Zealand for the first time in 1947.
