“Successful Talks.” The first meeting of the Pacific Basin Economic Co-operation Committee ended today, after what leaders described as “successful talks.” More than 100 leaders of private enterprise from' Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and Japan met during the two-day talks.—Sydney, May 10.
