House Sold For $24,500
A brick house on land of 97.8 perches at 132 Glandovey Road, Fendalton, was sold for $24,500 at public auction on Thursday afternoon. The house has been built 10 years. Bidding began at $20,000 and increased by blds of $lOOO. The last two bids were of $250; The auctioneer was Mr C. M. Robertson, of Sherris and Wilson, Ltd.
The house was sold on behalf of the estate of the late Mr H. H. Wauchop.
