Last-Minute Goal (X.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright? LONDON. A last-minute goal on Wednesday gave S.V. Hamburg a 3-2 victory over Cardiff City and a place in the final of the European Cup-winners' cup. Cardiff had drawn the first leg of this semi-final, 1-1, in Hamburg and had enough chances to clinch victory. But the Germans took advantage of their luck to snatch victory, with an aggregate score of 43. In the final, Hamburg will meet either A.C. Milan (Italy) or Bayern Munich, the West German holder of the cup. Milan took a decisive step towards the final when it beat Bayern, 2-0, in the first leg in Milan. Leeds United made itself favourite to enter the final of the Inter Cities’ Fairs Cup for the second successive year when it held the Scottish club.
