Passenger Killed

(From Our Own Reporter) NELSON, April 25. A passenger in a car involved in a collision with a milk truck early this morning suffered injuries from which he died. He was Hillary Dunn, aged 20, a machine operator, of 35 Ellis Street, Wellington. The driver of the car, Ross Herron, of 119 Nayland Road, Nelson, was driving north along the main road at Stoke at 3.30 a.m. when the collision occurred with the truck, travelling south, and driven by Valentyn Phillipus Heemskerk, of 50 Neale Avenue, Nelson. Both truck and car were badly damaged but the drivers were not injured. Mr Dunn was admitted to the Nelson Hospital but died about 8 a.m.
