Prince Garry Likely Manawatu Winner

“The Press’' Special Service AUCKLAND. Prince Garry and Eastern Star in the T.A.B. double races look among the best prospects of a big team from Auckland and Waikato stables engaged at the Manawatu Trotting Club’s meeting tonight.

Prince Garry has been racing well, but unluckily. With a reasonable run he will be hard to beat in the Palmerston North Handicap, the first leg. Eastern Star has not had much luck in his latest starts, either. He is one of the most promising trotters in the north and should make a bold bid in the Milson Handicap. Selections:
