T.A.B. Theft Alleged
(N.Z. Press Association) > TAURANGA, Anril i. I A Te Puke agent, charged with stealing $4OO from Te Puke, the property of the Totalisator Agency Board, elected trial by jury when he appeared before-Mr B. S. Barry, S.M., today.
Norman Thomas Crane, aged 39, had previously “been charged with stealing the money on or about March 8. Crane (Mr C. L. Friis) was remanded to appear bn April 23. No plea was taken.
