N.Z. Supplies For Refugees (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, April 2. Two Royal New Zealand Air Force Hercules landed at Saigon’s Tan Son Nhut airport today with more than 20 tons of relief supplies for South Vietnamese refugees. The supplies, valued at SUSII,OOO consisted of canned meat and fish, and condensed milk.
The goods were the gift of the New Zealand Government and were sent in response to an appeal by the South Vietnamese Government for international assistance for refugees of the Viet Cong's Tet offensive.
Presentation.—A presentato Mr W. F. Guy, who founded the Philips Hi-Z marching team 11 years ago, was made at the Russley Hotel last evening. Mr Guy has retired from marching instruction and was presented with a television set by a director of the Philips group, (Sir Arthur Harper).
