Mr Dai Hayward, Parliamentary correspondent for the Christchurch “Star”, has been appointed trade promotion executive officer of the Meat Board. He will primarily be responsible for coordinating and advising on the board’s promotion in overseas markets. He has previously been associated with limb promotion in Britain and Europe.—(P.A.) Messrs W. R. Cameron (Christchurch), F. A. Conlon (Wellington), and D. C. Kirkpatrick (Havelock North) and Miss P. M. Persen (Palmerston North) are additional New Zealand delegates to the Duke of Edinburgh’s third Commonwealth study conference in Australia in May. There are now 16 delegates.— (PA.)
